Where do I start to get ChargeTeam to intervene?

Describe your needs in the request form: repair, preventive maintenance, commissioning or a contract for your installed base. For installation, we offer a referral to a partner. Give the town or city and a way to contact you. The team must assess the request and confirm the scope, price and terms before any work.

Prepare my request
Do I need an account to send a first request?

No, the public request form does not require you to log in. To come back to your activity on the platform, use your ChargeTeam account. Sending a request does not mean accepting a quote or the immediate assignment of a technician.

Send a first request
Maintenance, repair or commissioning: which should I choose?

Maintenance and repair are one single service: choose it for a faulty charger as well as for an inspection visit, stating whether the charger is working. Choose contract to review an installed base over time, commissioning to configure and test a charger that is already installed, and installation to be put in touch with an installer. The quote and the work are handled directly with that partner. If you are unsure, simply describe your situation under “Something else”.

Choose my need
What information should I prepare for a fault?

Note the location, the number of chargers concerned, the brand and model if known, and the exact message and time of the fault. Describe what was actually observed, without turning a hypothesis into a diagnosis. You are not asked to open the charger or take any electrical measurements to fill in the form.

A charger is damaged: is this an emergency service?

The form is not an emergency service and guarantees neither immediate handling nor 24/7 availability. If there is danger, stop using the equipment, keep your distance and contact the emergency services appropriate to the situation. For a public charger, also report the problem to the operator shown on the equipment.

How do I find my request again?

Once your request has been successfully recorded, the form displays a tracking link. Bookmark it and do not share it publicly. If you have lost it, contact the team with the location and date of the request. Avoid sending a new request for the same incident before checking the first one. With a company account, your requests also appear in your account.

Write to the team
Is the estimate shown a final price?

No. The estimate is a guide to help you prepare your request. The scope, any parts, travel and specific conditions must be confirmed in the proposal. A diagnosis does not guarantee a repair during the same visit. Do not commit to additional work without agreement on its terms.

Have my needs assessed
What response time and geographical coverage?

The time slot depends on the location, the skills required, site access and the availability of technicians and parts. The network map is neither a booking nor a guarantee of availability. Whether we can intervene, and when, must be confirmed for each request.

Explore the network
How do I correct, postpone or cancel a request?

Contact the team, referring to the request concerned, without creating a duplicate: the tracking link cannot be used to change or cancel a request. Specify what is changing: contact details, access, equipment or time slot. A change only takes effect once confirmed; any consequences depend on the terms already accepted.

Where can I find the job report and approve the sign-off sheet?

With an account, the report approved by the team can be downloaded as a PDF from the job in your account. If your company chose approval in the account, you receive an approval request: you approve the sign-off sheet or raise a reservation with your comment. Without an account, the tracking link shows the summary and photos, without the PDF.

How do I follow my faults as tickets?

With a company account, each fault reported from your account gets a ticket number. Its status follows the job, from handling to resolution, and you read the messages the team sends you there. You can attach photos or PDFs, see the history of a site or a charging station and reopen a resolved ticket.

Can visits be prepared for several sites?

Yes, you can describe a preventive maintenance or contract requirement for an installed base. Prepare a list of the sites, the equipment, the access constraints and the preferred periods. The downloadable template helps you gather this information; it does not create an automatic schedule or a job on the platform.

Prepare a visit programme
How do I join the technician network?

Start with the page for technicians, then follow its sign-up link. Prepare your business details, your service area and the supporting documents for the jobs you want. Creating a profile is neither an automatic validation of your skills nor a promise of jobs.

How do I understand my pay?

The simulator presents the rate scale and some indicative examples. Before accepting a job, check its terms, in particular the expected duration, travel, supplies and invoicing. A monthly simulation is not a guaranteed income.

I am new to this: how do I understand the EV charging prerequisites?

The orientation guide explains the difference between training, electrical authorisation and company qualification. The quiz is for learning purposes: its result is neither a certification nor an authorisation to carry out work. The applicable requirements must be checked for your business and for each job.

Understand the job prerequisites
Where do I log in as a technician or as a client placing orders?

Use the “Log in” link on the website to access your ChargeTeam account. The public pages present the services; they do not give access to private data. If the profile or permissions shown do not match your activity, contact the team: do not create a second account to get around the problem.

Log in to ChargeTeam
What is the status of my account approval?

Check your account area: it shows whether your application is pending or rejected, or your account is suspended. Check that you have uploaded your identity document, electrical authorisation and insurance. Jobs remain inaccessible until your account is approved. If you need help, contact the team from your account area.

Open my account
Which documents should I upload, and what is a verified profile?

Three documents are required: your ID, your electrical qualification certificate and your insurance. Upload them from your profile as a PDF or image of up to 5 MB, with their expiry date: it is used for reminders before they expire. Some jobs may require other documents. Your profile is verified when your account is approved and your documents are validated and up to date: you can then accept a job in one tap and choose your visit date.

How do I install the app and turn on alerts?

Open the installation page in your ChargeTeam account area. On Android, use the installation button or the browser menu; on iPhone, open the page in Safari, then Share, Add to Home Screen and Add. Then open the app from its icon and turn on alerts if your device supports them. On iPhone, alerts require the installed app. If alerts are blocked, allow ChargeTeam notifications in your phone settings.

How do I decline a job or withdraw after accepting it?

Open the offer, choose Decline and confirm: giving a reason is optional. Reply before the displayed deadline; an expired offer can no longer be accepted. The team can configure the response and expiry periods. If you have already accepted, contact the team to request withdrawal; it is not automatic and depends on the job’s status.

How do I complete the sign-off and correct a rejected report?

In the report, ask the client to sign on site and enter their name and role, or give a reason for the missing signature. Phone validation requires the person’s name, role and time of the call; validation in the client area is reserved for jobs with a ChargeTeam client. Complete the items flagged as missing before submitting your report. If the report is rejected, read the reason shown in your jobs, correct it and submit it again. Without an account, the team can give you a report link specific to the job.

Which photos should I prepare and how do I protect information?

Prepare useful exterior views: the equipment as a whole, and the screen with any visible message, without opening any cover. Keep out people, number plates and account details. Do not photograph passwords or access keys. The website form accepts text only: to attach up to 5 photos or PDFs of 10 MB each, use espace.chargeteam.pro/signaler.

Prepare useful photos
Where can I find a request form or a report template?

The toolkit below offers three text templates to download: request preparation, service report and maintenance planning. You can edit them in your text editor. Downloading them does not create a report or ticket in ChargeTeam and does not replace the technician’s validation.

Read the report guide
Does the blog replace a manufacturer’s procedure?

No. The public guides are there to help you understand a situation and prepare for a job. They do not replace the equipment manual, the required skills or a risk assessment. A remote answer or a photo is not enough to confirm that equipment can be put back into service.

How do I report an error in a guide or request a correction?

Write to the team, giving the page address, the passage concerned and, if possible, a verifiable public reference. Do not attach confidential reports or login credentials. For requests about your personal data, see the contact details and procedures in the privacy policy.
