Per job, at the public rate; as preventive visits, charge point by charge point, at the same rate; or on quote for the whole fleet, after a site survey.

Is priority repair guaranteed?

Critical charge points are identified as soon as you submit a request and handled first; a guaranteed response time requires a contract and is confirmed case by case.
