About ChargeTeam
EV charger maintenance, on demand. Every charger has its technician: ChargeTeam brings together qualified EV charging technicians and charger operators, in France and Belgium.
Who we are
ChargeTeam is the network of EV charging technicians. It is operated by JCSM SAS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 993 874 296, with its head office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France.
What the network does
We work on charging stations that are already installed, AC and DC, all brands: repairs, preventive maintenance and commissioning. For a new installation, we put you in touch with a partner installer.
As of 3 October 2026, the network has more than 170 approved technicians.
How it works
- You describe the fault or the visit you need, online or by phone.
- We confirm the scope, the price and the time slot before the call-out.
- A qualified technician comes out.
- You receive a report: what was done, what was tested, what to keep an eye on.
For technicians
Every technician in the network is an independent professional. Their qualifications and documents are checked before any job. They see the town, the charger and the deadline of a job before accepting it, turn down the ones that do not suit them, and are paid by bank transfer within 7 days of their report being approved.
Our commitments
They come from the trust charter, accepted by every technician and every client.
- Price, scope and deadlines are confirmed before anyone commits.
- The technician stays independent: they accept or turn down each job.
- Everyone sees only the information they need for their step of the job.
- Qualifications and insurance are kept up to date: an expired qualification blocks any new job that requires it.
- Ratings are based on the job itself, and anyone can challenge them.
- Photos, reports, plans and site access are used only for the authorised job.
France and Belgium
The network works in France and Belgium. For each request, whether a call-out is possible and how soon are confirmed with you, depending on the location, the skills needed and access to the site.
