The platform checks your electrical authorisation and, for an account created since 4 October 2026, your company's IRVEMA qualification. Training helps you find your bearings and, for DC, supports your declaration.

What you want to know before taking the plunge.

Do I have to be a ChargeTeam employee?

No. You work as an independent contractor or subcontractor. You keep your freedom and accept the jobs that suit you.

Which qualifications do I need?

A valid electrical authorisation, checked by the team, and, for an account created since 4 October 2026, your company's IRVEMA qualification. For DC, your experience must also be approved by ChargeTeam. IRVE training in installation (P1 below 36 kVA, P2 connected installations above 36 kVA, P3 DC fast charging) or in maintenance (MA1 to MA3) is a useful benchmark, not an entry requirement.

How and when do I get paid?

On jobs entrusted directly to ChargeTeam, your pay is shown before you accept; on the others, ChargeTeam tells you the amount. You are paid by bank transfer within 7 days of ChargeTeam approving your report. The transfer is made by hand by the team; your payout statement shows the due date of every report approved since 26/09/2026.

Can I choose my jobs?

Yes. Jobs in your area land in your workspace with the town, charge point and deadline. You take what suits you and ignore the rest, no justification needed.

Do I need my own equipment?

You bring your PPE, your tools and your vehicle. Any equipment specific to certain jobs is stated in the job details.

In which areas can I work?

In France and Belgium. You set your area around your home base and receive the jobs that land in it.
