You know what you earn.

A public rate card, shown before you accept, paid 7 days after the report is approved.

Public rate card: €50/h self-employed, €60/h as a company, plus call-out. You are paid within 7 days of your report's approval, by bank transfer. What widens the jobs you are offered: your availability, your radius, DC approval and general electrical work if you tick it.

The rate card, with nothing hidden.

A job's payout is two clear lines. Labour: €50/h if you are self-employed (auto-entrepreneur), €60/h if you work through a company, with 1 h counted at least, then each half-hour started. Call-out: €30 up to 25 km, then €3 more per 5 km band (€33 from 25 to 30 km, €36 from 30 to 35 km), up to €108 at 150 km, the radius limit. Straight-line distance from your starting point. A specific rate or grid can be agreed with ChargeTeam. Amounts exclude VAT.

No drawn-out haggling: the rate card is public, and you stay free to accept or not. Not right for you? You pass, no justification needed.

You do the job, you send the report, you get paid.

We carry the paperwork. You focus on the charge point; the rest takes care of itself.

  1. Paid within 7 days

Once ChargeTeam approves your service report, the team pays you by SEPA transfer, made by hand, within 7 days. The amount is the one set for the job, regardless of how long the end client takes to pay. Your payout statement shows the due date of every report approved since 26/09/2026.

  2. No chasing payments

You never chase the end client. ChargeTeam handles invoicing and payment follow-up from start to finish.

  3. Everything on record

Rate card, service report, invoice: every job keeps its history in one place. You can always see who, what, how much and when.

What is checked, and what is a useful benchmark.

The platform checks your electrical authorisation: it must be valid on the job date and is checked again when you accept. IRVE training courses are useful benchmarks, not entry requirements.

DocumentWhat ChargeTeam does with it
Electrical authorisationChecked: document approved by the team, valid on the job date. Without it, no job is offered to you.
IRVEMA qualificationQualification held by the company, proof approved: required for accounts created since 4 October 2026, and for everyone on DC jobs from 1 January 2027.
BA4 / BA5 (Belgium)Required for jobs in Belgium from 1 January 2027, certificate approved by the team.
BR, BC, DC manufacturer trainingOptional proof to attach to your DC declaration. DC counts once approved by the ChargeTeam team.
IRVE P1 / P2 / P3 trainingInstallation training: useful benchmarks, neither required nor checked by the platform.
IRVE MA1 / MA2 / MA3 trainingMaintenance training: recommended for repair and servicing work, not required by the platform.

Two tiers: AC and DC.

Jobs in your area are offered according to your radius (150 km at most) and your availability. The first to accept takes the job, and your authorisation is checked again at that point. The rate card is the same for AC and DC.

  • AC jobs

Open to any approved technician whose electrical authorisation is valid on the job date: wall and car park charge points, preventive work, repairs, commissioning.

  • DC jobs

In addition, your DC skills must be approved by the ChargeTeam team, based on your declaration and experience. BR, BC or manufacturer training can support it.

Since 4 October 2026, a new account must also prove its company's IRVEMA qualification. General electrical work is only offered if you ticked it in your profile. Some jobs require keys or a badge.

Your reputation counts, alongside distance.

Every job done well feeds your score: quality of work and deadlines met. When a job comes up in your area, the ranking combines several criteria, including distance to the site and your track record. The score is visible in your account, so you always know where you stand.

Upload your authorisation, pick your area.

Create your profile, upload your electrical authorisation, set your radius and availability: you receive AC jobs in your area, then DC jobs once your DC skills are approved. Signing up takes a few minutes.
