White ChargeTeam Tesla plugged into a charge point, at dusk in a business park car park.

The network of local EV charging technicians that plugs into your tools.

Keep your contracts: we take what they don't cover.

Overflow your teams can't absorb. Areas where your maintenance provider has nobody nearby. AC charge points they don't take on. A certified technician handles it, in France and Belgium, and you follow the job through to the report.

Your contract doesn't cover everything.

A national maintenance contract is built for your large sites. What's left: demand peaks its teams can't absorb, areas with nobody nearby, and AC charge points left aside. Those are the faults that drag on.

A local network, alongside your contract.

You keep your maintenance provider. You hand us what it doesn't cover. We find a certified technician close to the site, and you follow every step through to the report.

  1. Plugged into your tools

The ticket leaves from your system, the report comes back to it: ticketing, CMMS and API connectors ready, to be switched on with you.

Permissions by role and by area for your operations teams.

  2. Tracking without chasing

Every job tracked from request to signed report, visible online to your whole team.

An automatic summary of your jobs, with links to the reports.

  3. Your procedures, applied

Your report requirements imposed on the technician and checked before release.

IRVE-trained, electrically authorised technicians, chosen for their qualifications (DC certified for direct current), proximity and track record.

  4. A clear price

A clear schedule of rates, travel included and shown by distance band: no surprises on the invoice.

Local technicians rather than distant agencies.

From fault to repair, in 3 steps.

  1. You report it

Tell us which charge point and what kind of problem, online or by phone. The time frame is confirmed when we take on the request.

  2. We assign

ChargeTeam assigns a qualified technician according to the area, skills and availability.

  3. Documented result

You receive a report: what was done, what was tested, what still needs watching.

AC and DC: the right technician for every charge point.

Every DC job only goes to technicians whose fast-charging skills are verified: high power, certifications, manufacturer training. Your AC charge points have their technicians too, at the same public price.

High power: charge point logs read before leaving, fault codes understood, a certified DC technician on site.

Everything your charge points need.

  1. Maintenance and repair

Preventive visits and faulty charge points: diagnosis, repair, documented tests.

  2. Commissioning

Configuration, supervision and tests on charge points already installed.

You may be wondering…

How quickly do you intervene?

At the median, the job is scheduled within 2 days and the technician visits within 3 days (corrective jobs over the last 6 months). The lead time for your request is confirmed when it is taken on, depending on urgency and location.

We already have a maintenance provider. Why you?

Keep your contract. We take what it doesn't cover: overflow, areas where it has nobody nearby, AC charge points. All brands, AC and DC.

How does invoicing work?

A quote (or a rate) is provided before the job. After the repair, you receive the invoice along with the job report.

Do you offer follow-up for a whole fleet?

Yes, on quote: we start with a survey of your charge points, billed at the job rate, then draw up a quote based on their condition. Preventive visits can also be ordered charge point by charge point, at the job rate.

Where do you operate?

In France and Belgium. Elsewhere in Europe: on request, we will look at your project.

A charge point is down right now, what should I do?

Report it online or call us: we look for a qualified technician near your site, and the time frame is confirmed when we take on the request.

Take back control of your downtime.

Tell us where your charge points are, we'll handle the rest.
