One site, one clear request.

Landlord, manager or operator: who approves, who gets the report, who pays, from the start.

Landlord, property manager, tenant company or car park operator: state your role so we can identify who authorises the works, who receives the report and who pays for the service.

We know where you're starting from.

  1. Owner and user are different parties

A tenant may report a fault even though the charge point belongs to the landlord or a third-party operator.

  2. An invoice to the right recipient

The person who opens the car park is not necessarily the one who orders or pays for the intervention.

  3. Access to organise

State the site's opening hours and restrictions. Codes and other secrets should be sent through a suitable channel.

ChargeTeam car plugged into a fast charge point in a car park

One clear request for everyone involved on the site.

Each party’s role is set before any work, the price is known before the visit and the signed report goes to the authorised people.

ChargeTeam qualifies the request, assigns a certified technician to the job criteria and closes the intervention with a service report. You have one point of contact.

How an intervention unfolds

  • Requester's role and proposed billing recipient collected.
  • Scope checked before any commitment to works.
  • Coordination with people authorised by the client.
  • Documents shared only under applicable rights and agreements.

You may be wondering…

I lease my premises to another company: who places the order?

Each party's role depends on the contracts and ownership of the equipment. State the situation; the request does not settle who is liable for payment.

Can I report a fault as a tenant?

Yes. Reporting it helps qualify the problem; it does not authorise works on the owner's behalf.

Is naming the payer enough to bill them?

No. It is information to verify before a quote or order. No third party is committed simply by entering their name.

Can several car parks be tracked?

Describe the sites and equipment in a fleet-tracking request. Scope, contacts and follow-up arrangements will be agreed.
